Happy Easter! When we got home from mass this morning, the Easter Bunny had left a basket and a pail full of goodies for Conner. He also hid the eggs we decorated by the gifts. The Easter Bunny is awesome. Conner got a Puppy Easter basket, a pail, a concrete mixer truck, a duck puppet, a shovel, rake, and sifter for playing in the dirt, a toy boat, and farm animals. Wow. What fun. Thanks Easter Bunny. Next year you can hide the eggs a little tougher. Conner will be walking and ready for the challenge.

Easter with The Elfreichs
Saturday night, we went to Stanton and Shirley's house to celebrate Easter. We had a wonderful dinner of ham and all the sides including Easter eggs. For dessert, we had Easter cake. The boys spent the whole evening playing together and sharing toys. Conner and Brady were very good. They played outside too, riding the John Deere tractor and Conner brought his car. They had a lot of fun together. They even exchanged some kisses. The boys were spoiled with Easter baskets full of goodies. They got a basket that turns into a hat, books, bubbles, and toys. They are spoiled. We had a great evening. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa.
Conner, you have to ride in your car seat to get to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Easter at the Payne's
Friday night, we went to my Parent's house to celebrate Easter and mine and Tim's birthdays. We had a wonderful meal of Tilapia, catfish, shrimp, and salmon patties and all the fixins. We had an Easter Egg hunt and all the kids got spoiled rotten with Easter goodies. Conner got a Seek and Find Elmo book from Steph, Tim, Sophie, and Abby. He got a stuffed lamb from Andrea and Byron. He got a great big basket full of goodies from G-momma and G-daddy including body paints, clothes, books, toys, and lots of eggs filled with $1 gold coins and $2 bills. He cleaned house. You would have thought it was Christmas all over again. Thanks Everyone.
This is what he came home with.
These are chocolate Suckers in the shapes of bulldozers, dump trucks, and tractors made out of Ghiradelli chocolate. Mom got them at the gift shop in Rockport owned by her friend Darlene. It is located by Holiday Foods, Dollar General, Budget Video, and the Chinese Restaurant. If you are in Rockport, stop by her shop. She has the most unique gifts. It is a really cool place to find something special for that someone special.
I am sure Steve will help Conner eat these since Conner doesn't get chocolate yet.
Grandadddy changing a Diaper
This event deserves its very own POST. Last night, we went to my Parents to celebrate Easter. In the midst of all the commotion, I asked my dad if he would go change Conner's diaper. He said "Sure." This surprised me because I have never seen him change a diaper. I didn't think he would be up for the CHALLENGE. Well, I dropped everything to go watch. Sophie came to help. The boys HATES to have his diaper and clothes changed.

Conner's New Car
Conner bought himself a new car this week. He wasn't sure what to buy. He had heard bad things about Toyota's. So, he settled on the Fisher Price convertible model. It was actually a hand me down from some of our neighbors. The boy loves his new ride. We have already bought a new battery and will probably have to replace the tires by summer end. He has already put some miles on that car. He cruises the sidewalk waving at everyone or everything. He keeps one hand on the wheel and one hand is constantly waving.
