Central Library

We went to 2 children's programs at the Evansville Central Library today with Brady and Grandma. We went to "Born to Read" and "Baby Steps." It was a lot of fun and I wish I could take Conner every week. The kids who go every week definitely are learning to share and listen to the instructor and they remember what they are supposed to do each week. The kids were all so cute. It would be worth going to again. They played with bean bags, eggs that rattle, and sticks. We had story time, we sang, and we danced. It was a good time. Then we went to McDonald's for lunch and then home nap.
Conner liked the sticks once he realized he could beat them together.

CMOE Museum

Today, Conner, Grandma, Brady, and I went to CMOE Children's museum. It was our first time and we had such a blast. Surprisingly, there was so much to do even for the boys age. They both had a lot of fun and so did Grandma and I. I will definitely be taking Conner back real soon and maybe we will take Steve too.

This front loader weighs you. Conner weighs 31 pounds.

Brady weighed 26 pounds.

They liked this display too. Magnetic twirly things.

A giant nose. They didn't want to crawl through it, even though I demonstrated how it is done.

The water room. Our last stop. Maybe their favorite exhibit. That is hard to say since I think they loved it all. We only had two hours to closing and we had to limit our stops at each thing. They weren't always happy when we drug them away from something, but always happy to see what was next. They loved it.

Mesker Park Zoo

Today we took Conner to the zoo and Grandma and Grandpa Elfreich went with us. We walked through Amazonia first and then took the tram through the rest of the zoo. We had a great time and Conner seemed to enjoy Amazonia. He was a perfect angel and quietly took it all in. We then went to the Gerst House for lunch then home to nap. Later, we went to the grandparents to swim. What a fun day.
This guy was napping.
So was he.

And so was he.

He was grooming.

He was getting ready to eat.
The momma Jaguar and her two cubs were napping also.
