Fall Fun Sunday
Sunday morning was such a beautiful day. Conner and I played outside all morning. I was talking to our neighbor, Chris, and I said that it would be a good day to rake some leaves for Conner to play in. He said "I'll do it!" The next thing we know, we have two piles of leaves. Kids love leaves!!!!
A Day with Granddad
Steve and I had stuff we needed to do Friday night and Saturday, so my dad volunteered to watch Conner for us. Mom went out of town, so it was just Conner and Granddad all day Saturday. Granddad picked him up after work on Friday and Conner just couldn't wait for him to arrive. He talked about it all week. He even told his teachers Friday afternoon when I picked him up that "My Granddad is picking me up!"
They spent the day doing "guy stuff." They put a new faucet on in mom's kitchen, they went to the hardware store, they worked on tractors, went on barrel train rides, and hung out in the garage. He was filfthy from head to toe when we picked him up which in little boys worlds means....... he had a blast. Thanks dad for a great experience for Conner. He is still talking about his day with you!
| This is Steve and Conner's tractor. Conner always takes me to see it and says "This is mine!!" |

Halloween 2011
Conner was a Fireman this year for Halloween. It was his idea. We were looking at a costume catalogue and he chose a fireman. He did pretty well other than taking forever to walk from house to house because he was trying to unwrap his next piece of candy.
He definitely has more candy than we can handle.

Daycare Halloween
Halloween!!!!!!! So much more fun when you have a child!! Conner's daycare, the whole daycare, parades in costumes to Deaconess. All of the Departments look forward to this every year and stand outside in the hallways and load all these kids up with candy. There were a lot of patients and their families that stopped and watched the parade too. I was off Monday, so I got to help this year.
Then, after nap, it was party time! I got to go to this too. Cupcakes, doughnuts, and candy, then send them home with their parents!! Those teachers are so sly!
